RoFlightTracker24

Terms of Service

Last updated September 26, 2026

The short version

  • RoFlightTracker24 is a fan-made tool for Roblox aviation. It is not run by Roblox, and nothing on it is real-world flight data.
  • Be decent: no cheating the tracker, no spam, no content you wouldn't show a 13-year-old.
  • You own what you upload. You let us show it on the site so your airline appears the way you set it up.
  • Keep your airline's API key secret. Anyone with it can send flights as your airline.
  • The map is free. Paid extras are explained before you pay, and EU consumer rights still apply.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and RoFlightTracker24 ("we", "us"). They apply when you use roflighttracker24.com, the dashboard, the API or the Roblox tracker and Studio plugin (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

2. What the service is

We show flights from Roblox aviation games on a map of the real world and give virtual airlines tools to run their operations. Positions are worked out from where planes are inside a game, laid over real routes. They are a game, not navigation data.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roblox Corporation, any real airline, airport or aviation authority. Real airline and airport names and codes are used only to describe virtual flights.

3. Your account

  • You need to be at least 13, and old enough to use Discord and Roblox where you live.
  • You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Discord account secure.
  • Give accurate information when you link Roblox games and groups. Only add games and groups you own or are allowed to manage.
  • One person, one account. Don't sign in as someone else.

4. Airlines and the tracker

When you create an airline you get an API key. It lets the tracker in your game send flights as your airline. Keep it out of public places such as client scripts, videos and screenshots. If it leaks, rotate it in the dashboard; the old key stops working at once.

Owners decide who can manage their airline and are responsible for what their staff do with it. Airline ownership can be transferred to another account from the dashboard.

Don't send made-up flights, positions from games you don't run, or traffic designed to overload the API. We rate-limit the tracker and may remove flights or airlines that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to logos, images, names and text you add ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, resize and show it on the service, for as long as it's there. When you delete it, the licence ends, apart from copies in short-term backups.

You promise you have the right to upload it. Don't upload anything that:

  • is sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise not suitable for a young audience;
  • copies someone else's work, trademark or identity without permission;
  • includes personal information about other people;
  • breaks the law or Roblox's or Discord's rules.

Uploads are checked automatically and may be removed if they break these rules.

6. Fair use

Please don't:

  • try to get into accounts, airlines or data that aren't yours;
  • scrape the site or API at a rate that slows it down for others;
  • probe for security holes, unless you report them to us privately first;
  • use the service to harass, scam or spam anyone.

Found a bug or a security issue? Tell us through support. We're grateful for it.

8. Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts or airlines that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but it's provided as it is. Flights can be delayed, missing or in the wrong place, and the service can be down for maintenance. It must never be used for real-world navigation or safety decisions.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost in-game items, and our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for gross negligence or your rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. If something goes wrong, email us first; most things are sorted out quickly that way.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms as the service grows. For changes that matter, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on the site before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
